SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Greenpoint repot each and every plant. Even if you receive it in a nursery pot that is placed in a decorative pot, it has still received the full treatment. This is what makes us unique, but it will also mean that in most cases we do not deliver same day. If we receive your order by 10am Sunday - Thursday, you will receive your plant the following day. If you have an urgent gift delivery required same day (i.e. OMG it's mum's birthday!!!) let us know and we will help out if we can!
All subscription orders go out the first week of each month. If you are a new subscriber and miss the delivery week, we will send out that month's plant the following day. If you are Sprouts Club member, we send these out Friday or Saturday mornings so you have plenty of time on the weekend to get your new plant in its pot. We have children - we know weekdays can be mayhem!
To redirect your plant subscription as a gift, please give us three days' notice. We will happily package as a gift and include a hand-written card for free! There is no address change fee. Plants make people happy - so let's spread the cheer.
Please ensure you check your delivery address on the triple. Any wrong addresses will incur a $10 fee for resending.
We are currently only offering free delivery to inner Melbourne (10km from CBD) locations free of charge. If you live outside of this radius, we will use Sendle priority service with a shipping fee starting at $10, we don't want our precious plants looking sad on arrival.
Return and Refund Policy
Greenpoint ship all plants in sustainable packaging suitable for long distance so it's unlikely there will be a breakage or the plant is dead on arrival. However, if there is any issue, please contact us and we will get a replacement out to you asap or issue you with a refund.
