MY PLANT ARRIVED LOOKING SAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Take a photo and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you next steps. All our plants are packed and shipped within 24hrs, but in the unlikely event that it has arrived looking unwell, or has been damaged in shipping, we will send a replacement to you asap.
I THINK I AM KILLING MY PLANT! HELP!
Don't worry, most plants die from too much love not neglect! Ease up on the water and try indirect light. If this doesnt work, send us a picture of your plant to email@example.com and we will give you some tips on getting the little guy back to health.
YOU SAY YOU'RE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUT WHY SO MUCH PACKAGING?
We use recyclable packaging where possible. Yes, all our cardboard boxes, paper wrapping, and the plastic packaging is fully recyclable if you remove any stickers first. We are trying to move to a 100% renewable shipping system but in the meanwhile, we offset our carbon emissions.
We know we can improve, and we will keep working to this goal.
